Our Leadership Culture
At Grace Embassy, leadership is not just about position—it’s about posture. We lead from a place of surrender, shaped by grace, grounded in righteousness, and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
We believe that salvation is a gift—received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. As Scripture declares,
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.” (Ephesians 2:8)
This foundational truth humbles us, fuels our compassion, and keeps Christ at the center of everything we do.
Water Baptism
We affirm water baptism as a public declaration of faith and obedience to Christ. It symbolizes death to sin, new life in Jesus, and our identification with His death, burial, and resurrection.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit & Speaking in Tongues
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. This empowers us for ministry, deepens our prayer life, and aligns us with the will of God. As leaders, we cultivate spiritual boldness and sensitivity through the Spirit’s power.
Prayer & Fasting
Prayer is our lifeline. We pray continually—individually and corporately—because it draws us into intimacy with God and activates heaven’s agenda. We embrace fasting as a spiritual discipline that sharpens our focus, breaks strongholds, and prepares us for breakthrough.
Communion & The Lord’s Day
We honor the Lord’s Day as sacred. Every Sunday, we gather with joy to worship, pray, and partake in holy Communion—remembering the death, resurrection, and return of Jesus. Just as the early church did, we break bread weekly, celebrating our unity in Christ and our shared divine nature.
Tithing as a Leader
Tithing is not merely a financial act—it is a spiritual testimony. It declares that Jesus Christ is our eternal High Priest, alive and interceding for us in heaven (Hebrews 7:8). Just as Abraham gave a tithe to Melchizedek, we give in faith to the One who fulfills that priesthood forever. Our tithe is a response to grace, not law—a declaration that Jesus reigns and we belong to Him.
As leaders, we embrace tithing as both a spiritual discipline and a leadership responsibility. We model generosity and obedience by giving the first fruits of our increase to the Lord. This act reflects our trust in God as our provider, our alignment with His mission, and our commitment to lead with integrity.
Tithing is about more than finances—it’s about faith, stewardship, and spiritual alignment. Leaders who tithe sow into the vision, sustain the ministry, and help secure its future for generations to come. We give not just to support the Church, but to honor the living Christ and participate in His ongoing work through His body.
