Who We Are at Grace Embassy
Grace Embassy is a Spirit-led church launching in West Springfield, MA. Since early this year, our founding families and leadership team have been gathering to seek God, study His Word, and prepare to build a church rooted in truth, love, and power. We believe the Church is the living body of Christ—His dwelling place through the Spirit—called to fulfill the Great Commission. Every believer is a vital part of this mission.
Our purpose is fourfold:
Build up believers into the image of Christ
- Evangelize the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Worship God in Spirit and truth
- Demonstrate God’s love through compassion and service
We are committed to sound doctrine, Spirit-filled ministry, and the grace of God that saves, sanctifies, and sustains. Though believers may stumble, God’s power keeps us through faith unto salvation.

We believe the Church is the Father’s house, a place where sons and daughters gather around His table, nourished by His Word, filled with His Spirit, and strengthened by His grace. Here, every believer is invited to grow, to serve, and to walk boldly in the purpose God has prepared.
This is a house of presence, where the gifts of the Holy Spirit are active and alive. We believe in the power of healing, prophecy, tongues, wisdom, and discernment—all given to build up the body and glorify Jesus Christ.

At Grace Embassy, our beliefs are rooted in the life, teachings, and love of Jesus Christ. We are a community committed to living out the gospel with power, authenticity, reverence, and joy. Each value we hold reflects our desire to honor God and uplift His people.
People Matter
We love every person that Jesus willingly died for because of his great love. In all things, we strive to edify man and honor God.
Prayer
We pray continually and without ceasing because it deepens our intimacy with the Holy Spirit and allows us to participate in bringing the kingdom of God to Earth.
Doctrine
We, as the church of Jesus Christ, continue steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine found in the New Testament.
Communion
We break bread in thanksgiving to the Lord at every meeting to celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Sunday
We gather to worship on the Lord’s Day and do so with gladness of heart, just like the early church had as its custom.
Excellence
We strive to excel in all we do because we have the mind of Christ.
Honor
We believe that all people deserve to be respected and treated with dignity. We submit to our leaders as unto the Lord.
These beliefs shape our culture, guide our decisions, and fuel our mission. At Grace Embassy, we’re not just building the church—we’re building a kingdom community where love, truth, and grace abound.
Anchored in Grace & Election
Pastor Pete’s teaching is deeply anchored in the doctrine of election, as seen in John 15:16: “You did not choose Me, but I chose you.” Paul writes in Ephesians 1:4 that God “chose us in Him before the foundation of the world.” Salvation is by grace alone.
Though believers may stumble, they are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation. Pastor Pete and First Lady Jeniffer lead with this understanding—that every believer is called, chosen, and empowered to endure to the end.
Their ministry reflects the compassion of Christ, the truth of Scripture, and the power of the Holy Spirit. At Grace Embassy, they are building more than a church—they’re building a spiritual home where grace flows, truth is taught, and lives are transformed.
Leading with Love
Meet Our Pastoral Team
In June 2025, Pastor Pete and First Lady Jeniffer joyfully celebrated 15 years of marriage—a union marked by faith, love, and a shared calling to serve the body of Christ. They are the proud parents of two wonderful sons, Pete and David, and two lovely daughters, Lily and Hannah.
Pastor Pete’s journey in ministry began 26 years ago in West Springfield, the very town where Grace Embassy is now being planted. With over 20 years of pastoral experience, he returns to fulfill the original call God placed on his life—to shepherd a church that reflects the grace, power, truth, and righteousness of the Kingdom of God.
Throughout his ministry, Pastor Pete has faithfully led small groups, youth groups, men’s groups and outreach ministries. Together, with First Lady Jeniffer, they’ve devoted significant time to leading a new converts ministry. This ministry allowed them to walk closely with individuals newly saved—teaching foundational truths and helping them become rooted in their faith. They have also taught and discipled couples through marriage groups, helping families grow in unity and spiritual maturity. Their leadership is marked by humility, authenticity, and a deep love for people.
A Message of Grace and Truth
Pastor Pete carries a strong conviction to preach the message of grace and truth, as revealed in Jesus Christ:
“For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” (John 1:17)
He is passionate about teaching the righteousness of God—not as something we earn, but as a gift we receive through faith. His preaching is rooted in the belief that the Kingdom of God is not just a future hope, but a present reality that transforms lives.
